What a 1,200 calorie diet looks like: Here is a very good video from the Eating well people, that will give you a low- calorie diet.  

This is guild and it is better to have different food every day.  So no milk or sugar in coffee,  no wine, no soda or sports drinks, even if they say low Cal, or Zero cal’s.  

She forgot to mention the intake of fluid should be 6 – 8 glasses of water, or my diet lemon drink.
