He also exercises with his own body weight.  Most weight loss exercises in Substitute Health Club only use your body weight, and I also encourage your routine to be done twice a day,  first thing in the morning and then again in the evening. 

In the Building world this is now called ” Body Weight Training ”  As you can see his twice a day training method is better than exercising once a day and has given him the body he wants.
