Here is a very good video teaching you full body Stretches.      

Some of these movements like the one in the photo is  very difficult so leave any that you can not do.  Burn about 100 calories an hour,  so do it every day,  till you get good at it.     Still not a substitute to my routine but a great addition to add some spice to your weight loss journey.    

Suitable for all of my Groups of excess weight and at any age.
