The Diet is more of a less sugar, less fat diet.  At 2.35 it states ” it’s sugar that causes fat”  Sorry it is calories that causes fat.  The diet is not something you can easily follow,  omega 3,  and low glycemic-index foods information is of little help.  Lots of vitamin C is low performance.

Exercise is great to include however the whole body workout it shows, bike riding is not  a whole body exercise.  Encouraging interval training and saying it is better because you work harder is not right,  you have to work easier, spending longer periods.    Good try.
