You can even do it on your own but keep your arms up above shoulder height.

Get ready to burn about 500 calories an hour,  so do it over and over till you get it right.   Still not a substitute to my routine but a great addition to add some spice to your weight loss journey.    Suitable for all of my Groups of excess weight.
