Get ready to burn about 800 calories an hour,  so do it over and over till you get it right.  

Still not a substitute to my routine but a great addition to add some spice to your weight loss journey.    Suitable for my Groups of excess weight from 2 up to 7.   Try it and have some fun.  

Remember Dancers have the best bodies!
