Made of a small amount of coffee at the bottom and the rest milk.   This shows the calories and its mostly from the milk, very fattening and high in calories. 

If you have 4 or 5 a day of these then you could be drinking over a liter ( 2 pints) of milk a day!  That is 3 times the milk needed in a balanced diet even for a person in their normal weight range that exercises 1/2 an hour a day.  

Very bad if you are obese or overweight and trying to lose weight.
