Its the calories!

Here is a great short video that will teach you what is the only thing to count if you trying to lose your excess weight, which is CALORIES!

Not fat, not Carbs, not protein. not sugar,  not  soda, its the calories in all the food and drinks you eat.  You also have to do weight loss exercise to keep your metabolism high together with the calories you burn for your body to function,  during your day,  to create a deficit in the calories in to the calories out.
